Established in 1988 as part of the global sourcing strategy of the Nemetschek Group, responsible for development and marketing of the mother company products. Today Nemetschek Bulgaria is a fully independent company, although keeping close business relations with its previous parent group. There are more than 70 developers involved in outsourcing software development teams. Nemetschek Bulgaria follows CMM processes and is certified ISO 9001:2000 with DAZA-Cert, Germany.

George Brashnarov, who is majority shareholder heads the company. The main services offered are: integrated industry solutions, electronic document management, B2B and B2C applications, CRM, e-procurement, auctions and tender applications, supply chain management and XML content management systems.


The Company is a leading system integrator in the field of telecommunications. Peter Statev, CEO and main partner in the company, which employs more than 40 developers, created the company in 1990.

Solution and services offered include: telecom infrastructure projects for nation wide and metropolitan networks, best-in-class edge and core routing solutions for network services, soft-switch platforms, broad band remote access systems, cable modem termination systems, wireless access. Soft Innovations

Established in 2002 by George Sharkov, CEO and main owner, the company has a fast growing team of 10 developers with rich experience in e-business, trading and e-market solutions (online stock exchange trading and settlement, portfolio management, spot, futures markets, auctions. The latest innovative projects are in direction of b2b Internet exchanges for technology transfer, knowledge building and networking, project implementation matchmaking and market place.
